Preschool Curriculum:
Small group size ensure each child receives individual attention by a qualified and passionate teacher. My teaching style is a balance of structure and play based learning. Kids are playful learners and learn naturally when given developmentally appropriate activities to choose from as well as positive guidance and consistency. Our class room and play room are stocked with literature, hands-on anytime learning activities and opportunities for creative play. Our curriculum themes are inspired by children's interests and stages of development, we work on literacy based activities through story time and progressive phonics. our daily activities are designed to be fun, engaging, creating enthusiasm for learning. Our program continues to challenge the children through out the preschool years up to kindergarten readiness by age 5. TV is only allowed 1/2 hour at pick up time.

~Progress reports are given out twice a year.

Director Two Certification,
Trained in nutrition and a USDA food program participant,
I have also earned many certificates in various areas of child development but my most valuable training comes from being a Mom, teaching preschool and family child care hands-on experience.
Daily Schedule:

Summer Care /Camp:
For current preschoolers & kids returning for school vacation.
During the summer months our program is less structured and more focused on outdoor fun, gardening, arts and crafts, science, field trips, water play and plenty of fresh air. We eat most of our meals picnic style and take in as much nature as we can before preschool starts up in the fall and the cold weather returns.

Communication:
Parents will get a daily email of what we have done each day, what we ate for lunch and any additional notices or reminders. Progress reports are given out periodically, photos and samples of your childs work are seen daily, telephone or face to face meetings can always be arranged.
Holding Your Spot:
Your first week tuition must be paid in full before I will consider the spot taken.
This payment is your first week payment, I do not charge a deposit or registration fee. The payment is non-refundable if you decide not to bring your child.
